Application Level Monitoring
Our monitoring services allow for routine, proactive management of the business system. We perceive application monitoring as an essential part of managing the business metrics associated with the system. For instance, monitoring of orders collected per hour is a simple, common metric that is measured. However, the metrics might be far more complicated, such as how often and expeditiously customers are able to access a CRM application for assistance.
